RETURN POLICY

Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that the product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).

• When sending an item/s for return, the shipping costs to ship the item/s back is customers responsibility.
• Luxury Authority will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer. In the case you prefer a refund and upon approval from us - we will process it in the next 7 - 12 days.

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Luxury Authority will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
