Colours: We are able to hand paint any colours that you wish for free. Please submit to us your colour sample. 

Sizing: If you are not already a SIR shoes customer - we suggest that you choose the size that you would normally wear in a dress shoes. Our sizes are true to EU sizing. To convert your shoes size - please click here.

All sizes from 47 onwards - there will be an additional USD 35 surcharge for the materials and special sole construction.

Production Time: Due to the handmade nature of our shoes - this shoes should take around 5-7 days.

We only use Express Shipping to: Hong Kong, US,  Canada, UK, Singapore and Australia.

• Other International Delivery Time Estimates: 2-10 days 

RETURN POLICY

Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that the product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).

• When sending an item/s for return, the shipping costs to ship the item/s back is customers responsibility.
• Luxury Authority will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer. In the case you prefer a refund and upon approval from us - we will process it in the next 7 - 12 days.

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Luxury Authority will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
